So the good news is that things are progressing as expected. However, I am not completely healed yet as I am still:
- showing signs of swelling;
- still in pain (sucking it up though);
- movement is still stiff and constrained in the ankle.
So the verdict is that I can now walk with just one crutch but still need to take care. Simple activities only! I should keep the single crutch at least until end June (mostly for safety).

Outside of that no major physical re-education required. Should do some swimming pool activities (walking in water, light swims) and when i have less pain try some biking.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13994126365386330016noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3588627959961155711.post-24434488131722597362007-03-25T21:01:00.000+02:002007-03-25T21:01:00.000+02:00So,just a quick update.Since the end of February, ...So,just a quick update.
Since the end of February, i have been walking with my foot on the ground and progressively putting more and more of my body weight on to it.
Soon (end April), maybe only one or no crutches! ;-)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13994126365386330016noreply@blogger.com
